The same thing happens with attached and detached camera, 32-bit, 64-bit and C# sample. Reproduced on two pretty different computers.

64-bit and C# sample display the following on the screen and then throw an error:

Language list (Nuance prompter): en_US
TTS language: en_US

32-bit sample doesn't display a thing.
